I took a brisk walk around Aspen and I just recognized that I am at altitude.

Wow. Everyone in Aspen is super-fit, super-gorgeous, super-rich, super-healthy.

I am just happy I didn't die last night. From Denver to Aspen, my bloody Nokia n95 GPS turn-by-turn navigation tool took me to Aspen through the treacherous mountains instead of via the highway -- at 1AM... every turn found me bearing down on a fucking deer or sheep! My Nokia prefers the scenic route! Ha ha!

I talked to the high school girls who are practicing a routine here at Starbucks and they told me they never hire choreographers any more ... they steal from YouTube! :) Awesome

These super friendly high school dancing girls are going to YouTube to get ideas for dance routines. Social Media rocks here in Topeka, Kansas!

I wonder how YouTube effects the quality of regional and rural dance teams and troupes? Do they evolve and improve faster through cross-pollenation?

So, I stop in at a Super 8 motel, which was nice, grab some work and sleep, wake, shower, ask, and of course there is a really nice Starbucks two blocks away. God bless Starbucks, Mark, Topeka, Kansas, and God bless America! Now, I am coffeed-up and back on the road.

This Starbucks at Topeka is playing Reggae and has the feel more of the "hip" coffee shops I chilled at when I taught writing in Kalamazoo.
